Inter School Debate Competition

On Saturday, Oct 18^th 2011, Thomas took 16 students to the Fontanar School, for the first of the 2011-2012 Inter-School Debates.  We took grades 8^th through 12^th to compete against the Alamos, Kennedy and Fontanar.  We won the competition overall with six out of six wins.  The enthusiasm and prowess of our students was exemplary.  Especially do to the fact that Kennedy has now been established some 47 years.  While the Alamos and Fontanar are in their 25^th year and are Bilingual as we are.  Remembering that this is only the seventh year for Thomas as a school in Queretaro. Nonetheless, in every category evaluated in debates, Thomas came in first place.  The students who competed are to be commended in the extreme for such an extraordinary performance.  Congratulations to each and every one who participated and gave of themselves valiantly.  Go Thomas!
